We are Still Open.
As the COVID 19 situation develops, we wanted to reach out to our customers. Our website is open 24/7 to shop online and our business is running.

We are still accepting & dispatching orders as usual!
We have a much-reduced fulfilment crew who are working with the maximum possible social distancing, but UK Government policy is that online businesses should still operate and we are dispatching orders.

Delivery
We are still aiming to get your order to you as quickly as possible and meet the delivery date given, but you may experience some short delays from our couriers. Unfortunately at this time, we can’t guarantee any next day deliveries.

Returns
We think it’s best that you don’t take items to the post office at the moment, so we have extended our returns policy! We will now allow up to 30 days (40 days outside of the UK) for you to return your items. We kindly ask that you allow us a little more time to process your returns.

The health and safety of our Dincwear Dance team members is at the heart of our concerns. Our team are now operating almost entirely remotely, and can respond to emails or by social media.
